The Health Conscious “Snack Factory” Makes Learning to Cook, Fanciful, Frugal, Fun...and Easy!





Incredible "No-cook" Fruit & Veggie Dip Recipe for Kids
Makes: about 1 cup dip and 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

1 (5.3 oz) Container Yoplait Greek Vanilla-style yogurt
2 T       Creamy or crunchy peanut butter
2 T       Honey
1/8 t     Ground cinnamon
4-6 C   Sliced apples, grapes, celery sticks

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir until completely combined and smooth. To serve, place 3 tablespoons of each dip into a cup. Add sliced fruits and vegetable into dip. Serve immediately. Or, prepare dip in advance, cover, and refrigerate until serving time. Dip will last up to 7 days when covered tightly and refrigerated.
