KIDS CAN COOK #2: Delicious Vegetable Dip "Kids Love to Eat" Recipe

The "Snack Factory" Making Vegetables Fun to Eat
We don't discourage playing with your food. That is, if it means kids will eat more vegetables. Here we've used miniature cookie cutters, cutting vegetables on the bias, and cutting vegetables into silly shapes to make "cooking" and eating healthy fun for kids.






The "Snack Factory" Delicious Vegetable Dip
Just wash and cut into 1/4 inch slices. No need to peel the cucumbers, either. Simply buy finger friendly vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, reduced sodium olives, baby tomatoes, and after slicing, leave it up to the kids to play all they want. We've included a dip recipe that kids love, to make eating healthy irresistible. Here's the recipe below...
